1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Aurastoria™, operated at https://goizzhiqnfh2dzf3wo.superdev.run and any future custom domain we publish. Aurastoria is an AI creator studio that turns your stories, chapters, music concepts, and photos into cinematic moving pictures.

By creating an account, uploading content, generating a glimpse, or purchasing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; the date at the top will always show when it was last changed.

3. Copyright Notice

© 2026 Aurastoria. All rights reserved, except for user-owned content as defined below.

All original software, site design, copy, layout, iconography, motion templates, and curation logic created for Aurastoria are owned by us and protected by copyright law starting with initial commits on July 19, 2026. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative software products from our site or workflows.

4. Intellectual Property Protection & Prior Art

Aurastoria's distinctive workflow, naming, and product design includes: (a) the "free glimpse" 15-second concept with 24 hours of playback and a one-time $5 permanent unlock, (b) full cinematic orders from $30 to $99 tied to story, photo-story, music video, and commercial categories, and (c) a 20 percent creator referral paid in USDC on Base plus non-custodial direct crypto tipping to creator wallets.

5. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of everything you upload: story text, chapter excerpts, lyrics, brand details, photos, and audio. You grant Aurastoria a limited license to process that content to generate your requested preview and deliver your order. We do not claim ownership of your underlying story, characters, or music.

• You represent you have rights to anything you upload.
• Do not upload third-party copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
• We may use anonymized, non-identifying prompts to improve internal quality, never to resell your story.
• Generated key art and preview videos are licensed to you for personal and commercial use once you have permanent access or a paid order.

6. Payments, Glimpses & Orders

• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Digital goods are non-refundable once generation or production starts, except where required by law.
• If a generation fails, we will retry or credit automatically.

7. Referral Program

Aurastoria creators can earn 20% commission on every purchase made by someone who uses their referral link (?ref=CODE) or code at checkout.

• Commission is tracked as referral earnings in your dashboard.
• Payouts are weekly in USDC on Base to the wallet you set in Creator Profile.
• Math: $5 glimpse = $1, $30 order = $6, $50 order = $10, $99 order = $19.80 to you.
• Self-referrals, fraud, chargebacks, or manipulated traffic are not eligible and may result in forfeiture.
• We may change rates or payout cadence with 7 days notice on this page.

8. Crypto Tips (Non-Custodial)

In addition to trackable commissions, supporters can tip creators directly to their own wallets:

• Assets supported: BTC, ETH, USDC (Base), SOL.
• Non-custodial: Tips go wallet-to-wallet. Aurastoria never holds or custodies tip funds and takes no fee on direct tips.
• You are responsible for providing correct addresses and for tax reporting on tips and commissions.
• We display links to wallets you choose to publish. Verify addresses before sharing your profile.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, or non-consensual explicit content.
• No impersonation, deceptive marketing, or scraping our video assets at scale.
• No reverse engineering, cloning, or copying Aurastoria's workflow, copy, or design as a competing product.
• No attempt to bypass paywalls, referral attribution, or Stripe checkout.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

10. Disclaimer

Aurastoria is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We use third-party AI models and creative tools. Outputs are not guaranteed to match your brief perfectly and may vary. You are responsible for reviewing your video before using it commercially.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurastoria's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
